1. UK Delivery Charges

We currently offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Click & Collect	FREE	When notified ready

Free delivery applies to qualifying orders of £100 or more, excluding delivery charges and after any discounts.

Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are processed as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to stock availability.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

3. Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative, revised delivery arrangement or refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where fulfilment is not possible, subject to applicable consumer law. Any payment due back following cancellation will be refunded.

4. Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If incorrect or incomplete details result in additional delivery charges, we may request payment of reasonable additional costs before arranging redelivery, where legally permitted.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact info@mdhtackle.co.uk.

We may investigate delivery issues with the courier before determining the appropriate resolution, without delaying or restricting your statutory rights.

Where MDH Tackle arranges delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.

6. Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our East Langton store.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Proof of order and identification may be requested upon collection.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We currently accept delivery orders to UK destinations supported by our checkout.

Certain oversized, heavy or restricted products may have additional delivery conditions or may be available for collection only. Any applicable charges or restrictions will be confirmed before purchase.
