Online Purchases

You may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@mdhtackle.co.uk within this period. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Products may be inspected as they would be in a shop. We reserve the right to make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value caused by excessive handling.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.

Where required by law, refunds include the original standard delivery cost, but not additional charges for premium delivery services.

In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases made in-store.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact info@mdhtackle.co.uk with your order details.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and investigate reported faults before providing the remedy required by law.

We are not responsible for damage resulting solely from misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Where legally required, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Exclusions

Statutory cancellation rights do not apply to certain products, including personalised goods, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and applicable sealed hygiene products once unsealed.

These exclusions apply only where permitted by law.

Click & Collect and Used Tackle

Online orders collected in-store retain applicable online cancellation rights.

Used tackle is sold according to its stated age, condition and description. Statutory consumer rights still apply.
