These terms apply to purchases made through the MDH Tackle website and at our shop at Unit 4 Astley Grange Business Park, Back Lane, East Langton, Leicestershire. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
About Us
MDH Tackle is an independent carp fishing tackle retailer based in East Langton, Leicestershire, near Market Harborough, United Kingdom.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by MDH Tackle. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary. Payment is taken at the point of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
Delivery & Returns — New Tackle

Warranty — New Tackle
New tackle sold by MDH Tackle is covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims should be directed to MDH Tackle in the first instance and we will liaise with the manufacturer where required. Manufacturer warranties do not normally cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer legislation.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, MDH Tackle is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
